Due to continued expansion JMBL are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller with 2+ years experience to join the Finance Team. This is a full time position based in Ballina HQ.
CREDIT CONTROLLER - Full Time
Key Responsibilities
Set-up of new customer accounts
Posting and allocation of daily cash receipts
Daily processing of invoices and credit notes
Liaise with sales reps/sales office to ensure discrepancies are cleared promptly
Weekly debtor’s ledger analysis
Bank lodgements
Provide customer statements and account reconciliations
Reduce overdue debtor balances in line with monthly targets
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Propose solutions to improve work practices and processes
Ad hoc duties within the Finance team as required
Key Skills & Experience
2 years + experience in credit control
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of SAP Business One is desirable
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Highly motivated, strong communicator ability to build a connection with the customer
Work off own initiative and be proactive
Adhere to deadlines and understand urgency of month end cut-offs
Ability to deal with large volumes in a busy environment
